We carry out a comprehensive assessment to target problem areas and then use specific treatment techniques aimed at primarily reducing your pain and then preventing it returning.

  • Joint Mobilisation / Manipulation - which is used to restore normal joint movements and reduce pain

  • Exercise - used to strengthen healing tissues, improve posture, improve control

  • Ultrasound - sound waves are used to speed up tissue healing

  • Traction - Improves circulation to nerves to help them heal

  • Vestibular Rehabilitation  - with certain types of dizziness, very disabling symptoms can be resolved in one session

  • Neural Dynamic Exercises - nerves are often very slow to heal, specific exercises can help to increase circulation and promote healing

  • Soft Tissue Release / Massage - relieves tight sore muscles

  • Posture Re-Education - optimal joint alignment helps to distribute forces evenly to take the pressure off the painful area.
